Order Processing

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed before 1:00 PM [PST] ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ship the next business day.

Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: For orders under $100, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Carrier: We ship via USPS from our U.S. fulfillment center. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address, typically ranging from 3–7 business days.

Discreet Shipping

We prioritize your privacy. All Gold Main Street products are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging to ensure your order arrives securely and confidentially.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number. You can track your package directly on the USPS website or contact our Customer Support team at support@goldmainstreet.com for assistance.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Shipping Restrictions

Age Verification: All orders require verification that the recipient is 21 or older, in compliance with THCa regulations. Orders may be canceled if age verification fails.

Regulatory Compliance: We only ship hemp-derived THCa products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, as per the 2018 Farm Bill. We cannot ship to addresses in restricted states or where THCa is prohibited by law.

Address Accuracy: You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses. Additional fees may apply for address corrections or re-shipments.
