Returns for One-Time Purchases

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Opened or used THCa products (e.g., prerolls, rosin, edibles, vapes) due to health, safety, and regulatory restrictions.

Sale items, gift cards, or promotional products.

Products damaged by the customer.

Refunds for One-Time Purchases

Subscriptions (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly)

Refunds: Refunds are available for unshipped subscription orders within 30 days of the initial order date. No refunds are issued for shipped subscription orders due to health and safety regulations.

Discounts: Weekly subscriptions save 25%, bi-weekly 15%, and monthly 10%. Discounts apply to each billing cycle and are non-refundable for past orders.
