What is “solventless” live rosin?
Solventless live rosin is made without chemical solvents—no hydrocarbons, ever. We press fresh-frozen hemp with ice, pressure, and gentle heat to separate the resin from the plant. That’s it. No additives, no cutting agents—just pure rosin that preserves natural flavor and aroma.
Are there any additives, cutting agents, or flavorings?
No. Our live rosin is 100% solventless with no added flavors, diluents, or cutting agents. What you taste comes from the plant.
Why do you call it “live” rosin?
“Live” refers to using fresh-frozen material. Freezing immediately after harvest locks in the plant’s native terpenes and cannabinoids for brighter flavor and a richer experience.

Farm Bill Compliance & Safety
What makes your products Farm-Bill compliant?
All products are derived from hemp and meet the 2018 Farm Bill definition of hemp. Each item is formulated and batch-tested to verify compliance, including a delta-9 THC concentration not exceeding 0.3% by dry weight. We also provide robust labeling and age-gating (21+) at checkout.
Do you publish test results?
Yes—every batch is third-party tested. You’ll find potency, safety, and compliance testing (including cannabinoid profile and contaminants screening) referenced on product pages or available upon request.
Are your products for adults only?
Yes. Gold Main Street serves adults 21+.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We only ship to U.S. locations where hemp products like ours are permitted. We do not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Washington.
Laws change—if your state allows delivery, you’ll be able to check out. If it doesn’t, our site will prevent the order.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are typically shipped the next day after an order is placed.
Do you require a signature or age-verification on delivery?
We may use carrier age-verification or signature requirements depending on your location and order contents. Please use your real name and accurate address to avoid delays.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from our compliant U.S. facility. Exact origin may vary based on inventory and logistics.

Can I stack discount codes?
No—discounts can’t be combined. If you enter multiple offers, our system will apply the best eligible discount.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes! Subscriptions make it easy to save automatically and never run out. You can adjust, pause, or cancel before your next charge. (Look for the “Subscribe & Save” option on eligible products.)
What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and other common checkout options are typically supported. Availability can vary by state and payment provider; see checkout for the latest options.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start packing quickly to hit our same-day cutoff, so changes aren’t guaranteed. Reach out through our Contact page ASAP with your order number—we’ll do our best.
Returns, Replacements & Support
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Contact us right away with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll investigate with the carrier and work toward a swift resolution consistent with our policy and state regulations.
Do you accept returns?
Due to product type and safety rules, we generally cannot accept returns of opened items. If something’s wrong with your order on arrival, contact us—we’ll make it right within the bounds of applicable laws.

Where do you source your hemp?
We partner with trusted, compliant growers and processors who share our standards for quality, traceability, and testing.
How do you ensure consistency?
We keep tight control over inputs, small-batch processing, and lab verification. Each batch is homogenized appropriately, labeled with a lot number, and quality-checked before release.
Compliance & Legal
Why can’t you ship to my state?
State laws vary and can change. We only ship where hemp products like ours are permitted to be delivered to consumers. If your state is restricted, it’s because current regulations would prevent us from fulfilling your order.
Are your products intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease?
No. Our products are not medical devices or medications, and they’re not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified professional if you have questions about your health.

How should I store live rosin?
Keep it cool, upright, and sealed when not in use. Avoid heat and direct sunlight to preserve flavor and aroma. We keep ours in the freezer.
How can I hear about new drops first?

Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes. We offer wholesale and bulk programs for qualified businesses.
How do I apply?
Please complete our Wholesale Application Form (linked from the site navigation). Tell us about your business and the products you’re interested in.
What happens after I apply?
We’ll review your application and, if approved, we’ll create an account for you and grant access to the appropriate Wholesale/Bulk Portal. That portal shows live pricing, case packs, and order minimums.
Who qualifies?
Licensed retailers, distributors, delivery services, and brand partners operating in compliant jurisdictions. You may be asked to provide a resale certificate and basic business verification.

Can I combine wholesale discounts with site promos?
No—retail discounts and wholesale pricing can’t be combined. Wholesale pricing already reflects program savings.
How do shipping and fulfillment work for wholesale orders?
Shipping options and timelines are displayed in the portal at checkout or on your PO; they may differ from consumer orders and can vary by product and destination.
Do you have MOQs (minimum order quantities)?
Yes. MOQs and case sizes vary by SKU and will be listed in the portal.
